ULTRA enters the NITRO era
PUMA has used NITRO foam technology extensively in running and other performance categories, but ULTRA NITRO 7 brings the concept fully into the brand’s speed-boot story. The aim is not only to make the boot light, but to add energy return and responsiveness underfoot so acceleration feels more dynamic over repeated sprints.
The new generation also introduces the first laceless ULTRA option, giving players a cleaner strike area and a different approach to lockdown. Standard Ultimate, laceless Ultimate and Pro versions allow the new platform to reach different preferences without losing the core speed identity.
Ultra Red becomes the visual signature
The pack is tied together by Ultra Red, PUMA Black and white. On ULTRA NITRO 7 the color reinforces the sense of a launch product: bright, direct and designed to be recognizable immediately during the opening weeks of the 2026/27 season.

FUTURE 9 remains the creative option, built around adaptive fit and ball control, while KING 20 provides the touch-led alternative with the deepest heritage in the PUMA range. Their inclusion turns Arrival into a full performance pack rather than a single-product launch.
