Nike has teamed up again with Kids Of Immigrants to release a new football footwear collection that bridges cultures and generations through the sport. This collaboration introduces performance football boots for the first time between the two brands, highlighting the communities and dedication behind the game.
The collection includes two distinct models: the Nike Tiempo Maestro Elite x Kids Of Immigrants and the Nike Tiempo Streetgato x Kids Of Immigrants. The Tiempo Maestro Elite is designed for the pitch and features FlyTouch leather aimed at enhancing touch and control during play. In contrast, the Tiempo Streetgato extends the football narrative beyond the field, connecting the sport to street culture and everyday life.
Both silhouettes draw inspiration from the mountainous landscapes of Honduras and Liberia, the homelands of Kids Of Immigrants founders Daniel Buezo and Weleh Dennis. Vibrant yellow tones are prominent across the designs, symbolizing energy and confidence, while incorporating archival Nike Football elements through the creative lens of Kids Of Immigrants.
This collection follows previous collaborations between Nike and Kids Of Immigrants across other footwear and experiences but marks their first venture into performance football boots. The boots will initially be available at the Kids Of Immigrants flagship in Los Angeles, followed by online and global retail releases.
