adidas Unveils David Beckham Predator Boot for 25th Anniversary

adidas celebrates the 25th anniversary of David Beckham's iconic free kick against Greece with the release of the David Beckham Predator, a special edition football boot that honors one of the most defining moments in both Beckham's career and Predator history.

This third-generation signature Predator boot, co-designed with Beckham, draws inspiration from the colourway worn during the unforgettable strike on October 6, 2001, which secured England's qualification for the 2002 FIFA World Cup. The design features a clean white and red palette that blends football heritage with elevated craftsmanship.

A standout element of the boot is the inclusion of the Trefoil logo, appearing for only the second time in Predator history. The Trefoil branding is integrated throughout the design, including the lateral and medial Three Stripes filled with repeated Trefoil logos, and an embroidered Trefoil on the fold-over tongue finished in rich red leather. Beckham branding is also present on the lateral heel, reinforcing the fusion of football performance and adidas Originals style.

The boot is inspired by adidas' latest Predator Elite FT L-Tech concept, combining traditional leather craftsmanship with modern performance innovation. It features a premium leather forefoot for a soft touch and comfort, alongside the lightweight support and performance technologies characteristic of the modern Predator. The signature fold-over tongue adds a premium look and feel.

Alongside the David Beckham Predator, adidas has introduced a reimagined Predator Precision Remade boot in the same white and red colourway worn by Beckham on that historic day, allowing a new generation to connect with Predator history.
